Can I request a custom design?

How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 7–14 business days to create before shipping. If we’re backed up, we’ll always keep it real and let you know up front.
Are custom items returnable?
Custom orders are final sale—because they’re made just for you. Make sure your design and sizing are exactly what you want before placing your order.

What Sized do you offer?
We proudly carry sizes up to 4XL, because style doesn’t stop at a number. Our plus-size collection is designed to fit and flatter—no compromise.
Do you have a size chart?

Shipping & Tracking
How long does shipping take?
After processing, orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom pieces may take longer—see above. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we’re only shipping within the contiguous United States. International shipping is coming soon—stay tuned!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number in your email once your order is on its way. If you didn’t get one, check your spam or reach out to us.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If it’s been longer than expected, double-check your tracking. Still stuck? Contact us—we’ve got your back. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All returns are refunded via online store credit in the form of Mar's Creation GIFT CARD only. Code will be emailed once items have been received and inspected. Item(s) are ONLY refundable within 7 days. You have 7days to send items back from the date shipments states it was delivered. Items must be unworn, and unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
Can I return custom pieces?
No—custom items are made just for you and are final sale. We don’t offer returns or exchanges on these.

Product Care
How should I wash my screen-printed items?
Turn your item inside out, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble dry low. It keeps the print fresh and the fit on point.
